Refund Policy

Speed Matters acts as an independent third-party authorized reseller. We do not directly charge customers for internet, cable, or phone services. All billing is handled by the respective service provider you choose to sign up with.
1. Service Provider Refunds
Any refund requests for monthly service fees, equipment charges, or installation fees must be submitted directly to your service provider (AT&T, Frontier, Viasat, HughesNet, Kinetic, Optimum, EarthLink, or DirecTV), as those providers issue the bills and process payments.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting your provider. Cancellation terms, early termination fees, and refund eligibility are subject to the policies of the provider you selected.
3. Service Fees Charged by Speed Matters
If Speed Matters has charged you any service or consultation fee directly, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge by emailing support@speedmatter.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Activation fees paid to providers.
- Provider equipment that has been used or damaged.
- Services already rendered or consumed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund from Speed Matters, email support@speedmatter.com with your full name, contact information, transaction details, and reason for the refund request.
